Balmy Brunch - Di Fiora
It's been a hot minute since we've had brunch and so happy to have spent it at Di Fiora. So many of the dishes were pretty as a picture and our eyes absolutely ate first. We had a few favorites, starting us off is their Lava Scallop, absolutely loving the duality of the fiery curry and the brightness of the scallop. Whenever we go somewhere new, Dungeness Crab Fried Rice is always necessary and likewise here, the aromatic rice with plump crab meat topped with a scrambled fried egg was such a fantastic accompaniment. Their Banda Sea Crispy Fish reminds us of a delicate take on sweet and sour fish.
Both indoor and outdoor dining is available -- on a gorgeous Seattle, summer day you can't go wrong. Reservations highly recommended!
